I just signed up for my account. What do I do to get started?
Once you complete the enrollment process, you’ll be automatically directed to our member portal page. Then you can use the member dashboard to easily navigate between your benefits. You can find your login credentials and additional membership information in your welcome email. The welcome email also contains other important information about your account such as your member id.
I did not receive my welcome email. What should I do now?
Your welcome email is sent within 24 hours of your sign-up. If you haven’t received your email within that time frame, check your spam/junk folder. You should also add email@example.com to make sure you are receiving our emails. And if you still haven’t received your welcome email, just give us a call and we’ll be happy to help you.
